Acai Health Watch

My wife and I recently took a vacation to Europe to visit her family and I had a really great time. It had been a while since I saw my in laws and upon arriving, my brother and sister in law happened to mention just how in shape and healthy i looked since the last time they saw me. I went on to mention how I had started to really take my diet and workout routine seriously and how I was really benefiting from all my hard work and effort.

It turns out, my brother in law had a membership to this really fancy gym and invited me to go work out with him so i naturally took advantage of the offer. After we finished with our work out, we were sitting in the locker room and i habitually reached into my bag and pulled out a bottle of my trusty Acai Berry supplements. He then looked at me in wonder in amazement and asked, “what the heck are those?”

I proceeded to tell him about Acai berries and all their amazing antioxidant properties as well as how I had started adding them to my diet. He said that he had actually read an article about them, but was never able to find them anywhere in Europe, so he hadn’t had a chance to try them, although he really wanted too.

I found that weird, considering just how health conscious they are in Europe but he gave me the rundown about how the EU in the past few years recently started to crack down on herbal supplements and how they can only be found sparingly (and rather expensively I might add) only at pharmacies, many times requiring a prescription.

After I returned to the States, I took a quick look at the website of the company where I order all my Acai products from and it turns out, they ship to Europe! I guess while it’s hard to find Acai products for sale in Europe, you can still order them from the States legally with no problem. I happily sent off an email to my brother in law, who immediately ordered up a big batch of capsules and now I’m happy to add, is a trusty, and healthy convert.
