Acai Health Watch

Acai works well in both sweet and savory recipes.  We liked this zesty acaiberry salad dressing featuring organic acai berry and pomegranate juices.

Acai Pomegranate Vinaigrette

• 2 oz organic Acai juice
• 2 oz organic pomegranate juice
• dash garlic powder
• 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• dash onion powder
• 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp tahini

Blend all ingredients.
