Detox Diet # 2: Berry Detox

  • 6 ounces of water
  • 2 ounces of pure Acai Berry juice
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 4 fresh strawberries

Put all of the ingredients in the blender and mix them together. Drink them first, following by one 8 ounce glass of purified water. This is a detox diet remedy that is loaded with antioxidants and purifiers.

Always use fresh ingredients for best results. For alternate choice, substitute ½ cup of blueberries with the strawberries.
